The Rapid 3000 X­MC series of machines is one ty­ pe of the horizontal balancing machines from our product range of industrial applications. The design of the machine is directed specifically to the needs of manual or semi­automatic use of such machines within the wheels industry, car manufacturers, rotor manufacturers, assembly plants for tires, quality control areas in different departments, testing laboratories and development centers. Of course the machine is not limited to this.

The machine offers almost infinite number of application forms by mechanical or pneumatic controlled clamping systems and feasible adaptation to different balancing bodies. Even motorcycle or bicycle wheels in different cascaded jaws are not only theoretically but practically possible.

A special control of the machine allows a configurable positioning after the measuring process for marking or the compensation of measured unbalance. A heavy duty motor drives the machine, so that the pure measurement process only takes 1.5 seconds, a process time that is unparalleled in this class of machines.
The high­precision measuring machine delivers high repeatable results by the good centering, the finetuned clamping force, the soft starting and stopping, also for a reporting range of 0.1 g result resolution.

Special measuring ranges including input of exact milimeters will support you for ensuring most accurate measurements with differnet balancing bo­ dies, allowing both static and dynamic readings at the same time without the need to start the measuring run again when switching between dif­ ferrent ranges. Configurable tolerance thresholds provide the user with modest immediately details which measurement result is present and how it is with the balancing body.
